PR293 Series Nanovolt Microhm Thermometer

The PR293 series nanovolt microhm thermometer is a high-performance test instrument for DC small-signal measurement. It can collect and analyze voltage, resistance, current and various temperature signals with a high sensitivity. As a special instrument in the thermometer industry, PR293 series thermometer has a wide range of temperature test related functions, making the temperature calibration and temperature transfer process simple and convenient.

1.Measurement sensitivity of 10nV / 10μΩ

Test sensitivity is the key technical parameter of the electrical testing instrument. The new design of the ultra-low noise amplifier and the low ripple power supply module dramatically reduces the mesurement noise of the signal loop of the PR293 thermometer, and the reduction of the mesurement noise is critical to improve the testing sensitivity.

2.Resistance Dynamic Zero Clearing Function

The high-precision resistance measurement process usually uses the current commutation method to achieve the purpose of measuring the real value of the resistance. PR293 series thermometer has the function of “resistance dynamic zero clearing”, which can quickly measure the true ohm without the need for additional current commutation operations. This feature can be turned on or off by setting options based on users requirements.

3.Internal Low Noise Scanner

The rear part of the PR293A thermometer integrates 5 independent multi-function terminals,and each of them can independently set the measurement signal type.The low-noise design ensures that the signal connected through it does not introduce additional noises. In addition, the five sets of testing channels have extremely high channel-to-channel consistency.

4.Extremely Low Temperature Drift

PR293 series thermometers have internal extremely precise reference resistors. Combined with self-calibration technology, the temperature coefficient of the PR293 thermometer reaches a very low level. Take the range of 100Ω as an example, at the ambient temperature of 10-35℃, the typical temperature coefficient is 0.1 ppm/℃.

5.Rich Temperature Measurement Functions

The PR293 series thermometers support a wide range of temperature sensors. The range of sensors supported includes 4 types of standard thermocouples, 2 types of standard platinum resistance thermometers, 8 types of industrial platinum resistance thermometers and 11 working thermocouples. It is also supported to refer to certificate values or correction values for temperature traceability of test results.

6.Superior Usability

The PR293 thermometer is a special test instrument customized for the temperature measurement industry. It can display various test data and curves, and store data through USB disks. In addition, the statistical function in the program can also carry out maximum / minimum/average calculations, as well as a variety of temperature volatility calculations, which facilitates intuitive data analysis at the test site. In addition, PR293A thermometer also has an independent temperature difference measurement mode, which makes it convenient for professional temperature field uniformity of various types of constant temperature equipment.
