ZRJ-05 Automatic Calibration System for Group Furnace Thermocouple and Thermal Resistance is based on a powerful software and hardware platform. It can be configured into different standard intelligent temperature measurement device and combination, and carry out automatic verification and calibration of contact temperature measurement instruments.
1. Scanning switch unit
The main scanning switch unit and the sub-scanning switch unit are independent in the group furnace system. Each standard and calibrated signal (including the CJ temperature of each electric couple when necessary) is sent to the high-precision digital multimeter through the two-stage “low potential scanning switch”. The digital multimeter can measure any standard or calibrated value of any calibration furnace in different time.
2. Temperature control unit
1) The temperature control unit uses an intelligent PID regulator imported from Japan with RS485 communication function as the temperature controller. The advanced expert PID algorithm effectively prevents overshoot and undershoot in the temperature control process, and achieves a natural and stable temperature transition, which can reduce unnecessary waiting time and obtain an ideal constant temperature index.
2) Support upper computer remote self-setting of the PID specifications, so that customers can easily complete the auto-tuning of thermostatic specifications, and can modify the PID specifications of the updated instrument in the upper computer to ensure the optimal thermostatic control effect of the system.
3) SSR is used as the power output unit, high-precision AC zero-crossing trigger, no high-order harmonic interference. The relative resolution of the power output is better than 1/1000.
3. Integrated terminal block
With three-wire resistance converter, it is compatible with the wiring of all thermocouples and various wire-type resistance thermometers, which completely solves the cumbersome wiring problems in the calibration work. With professional wire conversion design scheme, it can automatically realize two measurements of the three-wire resistance thermometer (including two inner leads and one inner lead) and the current commutation function required by the regulations, which can reduce measurement error to a minimum.
4.Automatic temperature control and test data acquisition can be carried out on 1-10 thermocouple calibration furnace(s) respectively. Data processing, printing calibration record and certificate data, saving historical records can be carried out according to the calculation method stipulated by the calibration regulations. Without manual intervention, continuous calibration work of each calibration furnace and temperature point can be automatically completed.
1) Working thermocouple with three CJ handling methods: 0℃ compensation or automatic indoor temperature compensation, 0℃ compensation for standard thermocouples, and automatic indoor temperature compensation for calibrated thermocouples.
2) With power-down protection. It can prevent data loss caused by powering down or other reasons during the calibration process.
3) The display interface can display real-time curves and data. The record curve includes temperature, power and power change curves, with the function of magnifying both ends of curve. The recorded curve is stored in the hard disk for a long time in the form of file, and remote diagnosis can be carried out according to the recorded curve.
5.Professional and enriched report generation functions
The software automatically generates Chinese and English verification records, supports digital signatures, provides users with professional reports, tables and verification certificates or calibration certificates can be in a standard format or a custom format. According to the customer's request, the raw data of record forms and certificates can be exported to Excel and EXCEL format records and certificates can be generated.
