PR310A thermocouple calibration furnace is set temperature source, temperature controller, high precision electrical measurement module as one of the special thermocouple calibration device. It has strong ability of human interface which can achieve complex multi-temperature point calibration process independently without additional scanning switch or other electrical instruments, and automatically achieve temperature control, data acquisition, data output, etc.. The range of temperature control covers 300℃~1200℃. The thermocouple types of S, R, B and T can be selected by the standard input. The types of the calibrated thermocouple includes S, R, B, T, N, J, E and T, and standard thermocouple can quote correction value. PR310A is ideal for the requirements of small batch thermocouple calibration.
1. Full automatic thermocouple calibration process
PR310A integrates the source, controller, scanning switch and controller together to independently complete the thermocouple calibration. Compared with the traditional thermocouple calibration process, it doesn't need additional electrical measurement and switching units, which makes the operation and wiring simpler.
2. Temperature control and measurement function
The PR310A has a special electrical measurement structure, which makes it suitable for the application of calibrating multichannel calibrated equipment with a standard. The standard uses an independent electrical measurement channel for real-time data collection, and uses the data for constant temperature control in the calibration furnace. After meeting the calibration conditions, the independent calibration channel will collect the reading information of all calibrated thermocouples through the built-in switch array.
3. Accuracy of 0.01% and has very low temperature coefficient
In order to avoid the influence of temperature source on the precision electrical measurement module, PR310A adopts a separate temperature control loop to control the ambient temperature of the precision electrical measurement module. Therefore, the change of ambient temperature has little influence on the electrical measurement part. The electrical temperature coefficient of PR310A is better than 0.5 PPM /℃ at ambient temperature below 50℃.
4. External zero-point compensation device or built-in CJ can be used together
In order to meet customers' different calibration requirement, PR310A has two wiring modes: copper terminal and thermocouple special connector. When using thermocouple special connector, better than 0.2℃ CJ compensation can be provided .
5. Multiple calibration processes
The thermocouple calibration task of PR310A can be set including stability determination, sampling number, sampling interval, sampling method and other calibration specifications, and it supports the setting of multiple calibration temperature points. The calibration task will automatically run according to the set specifications and generate the final data record.
