PR231 series portable multifunction calibration instrument is a multifunctional test instrument for thermal engineering. There are five basic models and two accuracy levels selected. It not only has the basic function of measurement and simulation for voltage, resistance, current, thermocouple, thermal resistance, frequency, pulse, etc, but also has the ability to measure the value of ρand test the standard temperature. The enhanced configuration also has the function of temperature difference testing, PID controller and pressure checking. This product design is exquisite and easy to carry, so it’s suitable for field and laboratory application. It is the preferred equipment for thermal measurement industry.

1. Technical features

(1) Powerful man-machine interface. The operation process is more humanity.

(2) Internal and external reference junction temperature compensation. On the basis of the built-in high precision temperature sensor, this product provides an external Pt100 platinum resistance interface of grade A and it can be corrected by a test certificate for the numerical value.

(3) Function of temperature difference test. Users can directly measure the temperature difference between two standard thermocouple or two standard thermal resistance sensor and reference the certificate value to do data correction with it.

(4) Standard temperature measurement. This product can be used to calibrate the standard thermocouple thermometer and standard platinum resistance thermometer to test or calibration certificate value, so that the measurement results can be traced.

(5)  The duty cycle of the periodic square wave signal can be measured.

(6) Function of precision temperature control. After the thermocouple or thermal resistance and the solid-state relay is circumscribed to the instrument, it can be used for precise temperature control for all kinds of test furnace, constant temperature trough and other heating equipment.

(7) Thermal calculator and other auxiliary tools.

(8) Record function. No paper record on the spot can be realized.

(9) RS-232/USB2.0 communication connection. It can be combined with the computer and the special software of the company, which is a powerful secondary instrument calibration system.
