On November 6, 2025, Panran was invited to participate in the "International Exchange Event for Precision Measurement and Industrial Testing." Leveraging its proven technical expertise and high-quality products in temperature and pressure metrology, the company achieved dual significant accomplishments: it was successfully included in the "AFRIMETS List of High-Quality Chinese Metrology Products," while also securing a role in drafting the Guidelines for Enhancing Social Measurement Capacity Building in Temperature and Pressure Metrology Application Laboratories, thereby contributing its corporate strength to the collaborative development of metrology standards and industrial cooperation.

This international exchange event brought together top metrology experts from China, Africa, Germany, and other countries. Distinguished guests, including Dr. Wynand Louw, President of the International Committee for Weights and Measures (CIPM); Dr. Henry Rotich, President of the African Metrology System (AFRIMETS); and Dr. Abdellah ZITI, Director of the Moroccan National Metrology Institute, delivered high-level keynote reports on core topics such as the development of the global metrology system and the current state of metrology in Africa, along with cooperation opportunities. The event provided a high-end platform for industry exchange and international collaboration.

During the event, the Alliance Committee, the Beijing Great Wall Institute of Measurement and Testing, and AFRIMETS signed a cooperation agreement for drafting guidelines for metrology laboratories in the fields of environment, healthcare, temperature, pressure, and urban construction. Leveraging its profound technical expertise and extensive project experience in temperature and pressure metrology, the company successfully secured a role in drafting the "Guidelines for Enhancing Social Measurement Capacity Building in Temperature and Pressure Metrology Application Laboratories". In the future, it will integrate its experience in calibration equipment R&D and traceability system development to contribute corporate expertise to the practicality and implementation of the guidelines.

At the event, Panran showcased its core temperature and pressure metrology products in the Chinese Metrology Products Exhibition Area. The certification was presented on-site by Mr. Wynand Louw, President of CIPM; Mr. Henry Rotich, President of AFRIMETS; Ms. Han Yu, Director of the International Cooperation Committee of the Zhongguancun Inspection, Testing, and Certification Industry Technology Alliance; and Mr. Han Yizhong, Deputy Director of the Beijing Great Wall Institute of Metrology and Measurement. This authoritative recognition signifies that Panran's products meet African metrology standards, building an important bridge for further expansion into the African market.
