ZRJ-04 double furnace thermocouple (resistance thermometer) automatic calibration system is a automatic control and test system composed of computer, high-precision digital multimeter, low potential scanner/controller, thermostatic equipment, etc..The system is used for automatic verification/calibration of various working thermocouples. It can simultaneously control 2 calibration furnaces, realize many functions, such as automatic temperature control, automatic data detection, automatic data processing, automatic generation of various calibration reports, automatic storage and database management. The calibration system is suitable for enterprises with large quantitative thermocouple calibration or very concentrated calibration time. Not only the calibration efficiency is greatly improved, but also the investment cost is greatly reduced. And it is also more flexible and convenient to use. With the corresponding thermal resistance calibration system software and professional terminal block, it can carry out the calibration of resistance thermometer (Pt10, Pt100, Pt_X, Cu50, Cu100, Cu_X), low temperature thermocouple, integrated temperature transmitter calibration, and can also carry out batch calibration.
1.Scanning switch unit
The double furnace system adopts the combination scheme of the main scanning switch unit and the sub-scanning switch unit, and the system main scanning switch unit of 2 or more furnaces is independent; each standard and calibrated signal is sent to the high-precision digital multimeter through the two-stage “low potential scanning switch”. The digital multimeter can measure any standard or calibrated value of any calibration furnace in different time.
2. Integrated terminal block
With three-wire resistance converter，it is compatible with the wiring of all thermocouples and various wire-type resistance thermometers, which completely solves the cumbersome wiring problems in the calibration work. With professional wire conversion design scheme, it can automatically realize two measurements of the three-wire resistance thermometer (including two inner leads and one inner lead) and the current commutation function required by the regulations, which can reduce measurement error to a minimum.

4. Professional and enriched report generation functions
The software automatically generates Chinese and English verification records, supports digital signatures, provides users with professional reports, tables and verification certificates or calibration certificates can be in a standard format or a custom format. According to the customer's request, the raw data of record forms and certificates can be exported to Excel and EXCEL format records and certificates can be generated.
5. Database management functions
The ZRJ series has a professional internal database that enables automatic data storage.The query function in the database allows searching qualified records by single or combined conditions, views or prints their calibration records or certificates. Its statistical function can sort out the required records by one or combined conditions, view and print statistical reports or detailed reports. If the automatically generated verification record file is lost, the file can be restored by the recovery function of the database.
6. Professional data analysis function
Based on a powerful software platform, the ZRJ system can perform statistics on the data in the calibration process, analyze and provide data analysis reports, including temperature deviations and fluctuation level, invisible faults of thermoelectric equipment power supply lines, electromagnetic interference, dynamic/static adaptation of temperature adjustment parameters, measurement repeatability, parasitic potential of device, parasitic potential of measured thermal resistance, expansion uncertainty of measurement results, etc.
7. Automatic uncertainty assessment analysis functions
According to "JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Ancertainty in Measurement" and the verified/calibrated regulations/specifications, the verification/calibration software of working thermocouple and industrial resistance thermometer can evaluate the uncertainty of the verification/calibration process and output the standard uncertainty component summary table and the actual measured expansion uncertainty data of this verification/calibration result.
