PR533 is used for the verification, calibration and test of temperature measuring and controlling instruments and devices, such as temperature controller with electrical contacts, temperature switch, etc. It is especially suitable for the calibration of “transformation oil surface thermostats”and “transformation winding surface thermostats”. The bath temperature control range is usually at (0-160) °C, and the temperature can be changed at the required rate. And the bath also has a constant temperature function. Its constant speed heating rate is usually specified as 1 °C / min and its cooling rate is usually specified as - 1 ° C / min.
Except having thermostatic function of the general liquid bath, PR533 can automatically achieve constant speed heating and cooling according to the set heating and cooling rate. Through the unique design of the cooling system, it can control the temperature of bath to cool continuously according to the set cooling rate in a wider range (such as 160 ℃ ~ 0 ℃), and allows to set constant temperature points in the middle. It can accurately, quickly and conveniently carry out automatic calibration and test on the temperature switching value and switching difference of the electric contact point of the temperature instrument. Change rate (absolute value) of bath temperature is 1℃/min, and it is adjustable.
