Panran Measurement & Control provides a comprehensive infrared ear thermometer and infrared forehead thermometer calibration solution. The infrared ear thermometer and forehead thermometer calibration system consists of three parts:
Part1. Black-body radiation cavity, high-emissivity black-body radiation cavity is a key component required for the calibration of infrared ear thermometers and forehead thermometers. Its structure and the quality of the internal coating have a significant impact on the calibration results.
Part2. Temperature source--Liquid constant temperature device, used to place and immerse the black body radiation cavity, so that each surface of the radiation cavity has excellent temperature uniformity and temperature fluctuation.
Part3. Temperature standard, used to measure the temperature of the medium in the liquid thermostat.
Part1. Black-body radiation cavity
There are two types of black body radiation chambers, which are used to calibrate infrared ear thermometers and infrared forehead thermometers. The black body cavity is gold-plated on the outside and has a high-emissivity coating inside. Requirements to meet the calibration requirements of most infrared ear thermometers and infrared forehead thermometers.

Part2. Temperature source--the liquid constant temperature device
The liquid constant temperature device can choose two types of products, the PR560B infrared thermometer calibration thermostat or the PR532-N10 refrigeration thermostat, both of which have excellent temperature stability and temperature uniformity. Among them, the volume of the thermostat used for the calibration of the PR560B infrared thermometer is only 1/2 of that of an ordinary thermostat, which is convenient to move, transport, or transform it into a vehicle-mounted calibration device.

Part3. Temperature standard
Option 1: In response to the calibration requirements of infrared thermometers, Panran introduced the PR712A standard digital thermometer, with an annual change of better than 0.01 ° C over the full range. Compared with the PR710 and PR711 precision digital thermometers of the same series, it has a better built-in reference resistance, better temperature coefficient and long-term stability. At an ambient temperature of 10 to 35 ° C, its typical temperature coefficient is only 0.5 ppm / ° C.
Option 2: Traditional electrical measurement equipment + standard platinum resistance. The electrical measurement equipment in this solution can be configured with PR293 series nanovolt micro-ohm thermometer or PR291 series micro-ohm thermometer. Both series of products can meet the requirements of electrical thermometers related to infrared thermometers.
